Maybe you reached your limit spacewise. I never knew we had a limit until recently. There's a way to see but I don't remember what it is.
We've had seen this before, too. Most likely it will go away on its own. Ours did. Bad, bad, Blogger.Pee Ess - check Picasa Web albums to see if you've used up all your space.
I've visited at least two other blogs where they mentioned they could not post photos. You could check the help forum at Blogger. It's where people report issues and you might find some info there.
